Add the chilli pepper, ginger, scallions and fry shaking and tossing the wok to cook all over stirfry for 1 minute then add the marinated pork, leaving some of the marinade in the bowl. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add the sliced mushrooms
- Add the noodles to the meat in the wok. Add 4 tbls water to the marinade left in the bowl stir and add over the stir fry. Also add the spinach, Fry for a further 3-4 minutes until pork is cooked through then add the green parts of the spring onion to the wok take off and serve while hot.
