- Clean n cut your avocado into cubes.
- In another bowl, mash your avocado. Add a pinch of salt n lemon juice n mash thoroughly.
- Add onions, tomatoes n dhania n continue mashing till all bond together. Cover it well n put it in the fridge (optional) for few minutes.
- Once your rice is ready, serve it hot with your guacamole.
