- Mix all the spices + curd + vinegar + ginger garlic paste + curry leaves + chicken in one bowl

- Get the oil preheating in a pan
- While the oil is preheating add the flour to the marinated chicken and mix it well.
- Then slowly add the chicken to the oil.
- Wait for the chicken to turn golden brown, after it has take it out and put it on a vessel with a tissue on top to drain off excess oil.
- Remember to plate it well, and add toppings of your choice.
