  1. Grease the liner of a 5 ltr slow cooker with butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix together all of the filling ingredients that you have chosen to go with, cover with cling film and refrigerate for an hour or two to allow the flavours to infuse.
  3. Meanwhile, in another bowl, rub together by hand the sugar, flour and chilled butter until you have a breadcrumb like consistency.
