All you need is avocados, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, garlic and salt. Guacamole is a popular Mexican avocado salad or dip that's quite easy to make. The base of most any guacamole is mashed or chunked avocado. Guacamole is a healthy dip - a staple at every gathering and a must when we have taco nights!

Steps to make Guacamole:
  1. Cut avocados in half remove pits and set one aside. Scoop out avocado into bowl
  2. Squeeze the whole lime into the bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Mash and mix everything with a fork .
  4. When done put one of the pits back in the bowl and tightly seal bowl with plastic wrap.
  5. Place bowl in fridge for an hour or 2 to get cold.
  6. Take out of fridge discard pit so it doesn't get in ur way and enjoy :)))
