  3. Gring sugar and make powder and add to dates and milk mixture, now add melted ghee or butter and mix nicely
  4. Seive all the dry ingredients together, now add half of the dry fruits and rub win dry mixture nicely.
  5. Now add dry mixture in wet bowl in parts and mix nicely
  6. Now beat to eggs and and add to mixture and mix using cut and fold method, when done nicely
  7. Add the cake mixture to greased cake tin and decorate with remaining dry fruits and tutty fruity
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 150 degrees for 25 minutes (depends on oven, mine is OTG)
