  7. Now cut a chilli from middle and add salt using tip of knife.
  8. Leave them for 4-5 minutes, Heat up oil for frying. And fry them at medium to low flame till changes colour.
  9. For Thandi lassi add yogurt, milk, water and ice into blender. Blend until foam shows up.
  10. Serve bhindi and lassi with tandoor ki “desi ghee me chopri” hui roti and freshly cut salad.
