  8. Check once is a while, don't let it burn when simmer. And flip the chicken if required, to get uniform colour on the skin, then add 150ml water
  9. Chicken will get soften and fully cooked once the water is dried up
  10. Once the chicken is cooked and the sauce becomes caramelized, you can remove the cover and let the water completely gone whilst flipping the chicken one by one
  11. Remove from the pot once you get the desired colour of the chicken wings, serve it with fries or rice. Enjoy!
