  8. For making makhan take balai add ice in it and mix well. Butter will be separate. Throw water.
  9. Make lassi by mixing yogurt, sugar and milk. Use blender. Add ice.
  10. Make a beautiful platter of saag, makai ki roti. Utay paa lo makhan. Maza laylo lassi da.
